PROJECTS IN ARGENTINA
INTEGRATION PROJECT. “PRIVATE CLUB NEIGHBORHOOD” – “DEVELOPING NEIGHBORHOOD”
These two neighborhoods coexisted for more than 20 years. Between the two, a hard and tall security perimeter fencing system exists.
Certain disturbing troubles have occurred along the years.
Thus, anguish and discomfort on both sides enhanced the already existing separation provoked by the mentioned fence.
At COMPLEX we performed something so tiny and intuitive… that it does not deserve to be called innovation:
We (strongly and persistently) invited fellow neighbors from both sides of the gate to empathically visit the other side… meet the others.
This enabled them to discover an unprejudiced new and promising scenario… in which several social and business opportunities had suddenly opened.
At COMPLEX, all we did was to detect and design ACTUAL JOINT PROJECTS from which both sides of the fence could benefit from.
